Heike Joy has been assisting people internationally with vibrational healing and personal and spiritual growth for over 15 years.
She holds master degrees in Naturopathy, Reiki and Kinesiology plus extensive training and studies in Sound Healing, Coaching, Metaphysics and Spirituality.
All of this combined gives her a very broad understanding of how the mind, the body and energies are working.
Heike Joy has dedicated her life and work to raising the vibration within people, animals and the planet - one being at a time.

“I started working with Heike in the summer of '08.
At that time I was on meds for adult ADHD, a high dose of anti-depressants, drinking a pot of coffee each morning and most of a bottle of wine each night.
I always joded that I believed in "better living through chemistry" but the truth was that I wanted to be happy with my life and be able to live drug free.

In October of 2008 I decided I was ready to walk life's path without all of my crutches. With Heike's support and the support of a medical professional,
I weened myself off of my ADHD meds and have reduced my anti-depressants to just a low dose (and am currently weening off of it as well). I've given up coffe, soda and dramatically reduced my alcohol intake.
When I started working with Heike, I thought I would have to change my life to find enough peace to get off my meds. But, that's not what happened.

"I met Heike about 4 months ago. I liked her immediately.
She not only is unbelievable at what she does but is a genuine, caring and enlightened beautiful woman.
I invited Heike to speak to the women's group I started. She graciously without hesitation said she'd love to come. That evening when she came I had been ill and had just pulled it together in time to get the meeting together.
My friends said to cancel, but I couldn't bring myself to do that.
Heike came and mesmerized us with her vocal toning and drumming. She went around the circle and beat her drum over us and instantly we felt calmer and more centered. Then she did her indescribable vocal toning.

"Heike Joy has been working with me on an as needed basis for about 2 years. I call Heike when I need a boost of confidence, self worth, or sometimes just an attitude adjustment.
A lot has happened in the last two years, I have faced many fears that I never thought I'd have to look at or deal with. Heike has been with me through it all.
We would pull it out, look at it, and toss it.

One of the things Heike has helped me with is learning how to not take things personal, which then allowed me to worry a lot less.
She taught me how to provide balance within. I didn't have to relay on others for approval. I gave it to myself. Boy does that feel good!

I decided to get married on a whim and then get pregnant right away.
Before I got pregnant I knew I needed/wanted to get off my anti-depressants. I had been depended on medication for about 8 years.
I had really bad anxiety and panic attacks. The medication helped mask the feelings and kept me going over the years. But, I was tired of being a victim of antidepressants.
Like most people I know, I was afraid of "what" would happen if I got off my medication. I researched what I needed to do in order to get off them safely and learn how to taper off. I substituted my meds with vitamins, which helped and Heike was my coach. I took my time getting off my meds, maybe a month.
I would call Heike in a panic, and she quickly would bring me back and put my feet on the ground and I felt like a new person. I saw Heike or spoke to her over the phone at least once or twice a week, but she was available for me daily! She would help with my abstract thoughts, by pointing out things.
Heike would do energy work and toning, all which helped me tremendously.

When I was at a Reiki Circle event in San Diego I had no expectations as to what I would be experiencing that evening.
Within my session Heike all of a sudden threw in some beautiful tones and WOW - I could feel it myself go through the ground from her to me too.
